Simply no reason to complain, pleasant stay. Well priced and well-maintained place with free Wi-Fi and rooftop restaurant. Ideal and peaceful location in Dubai, really close to nearest metro station and the airport and the downtown. Big room, clean bathroom. Comfortable beds, magnificent views.

The hotel of choice in Dubai. Relaxing good budget venue with large bedrooms. Attentive staff specially the Egyptian receptionist, well-equipped rooms. Smooth check-in, parking on site. Not to mention free wifi! Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in Dubai, really close to business area, and shopping places.

Really enjoyed Dubai, the hotel was modern and pretty standard close to key attractions. My venue room was neat and cheap with 2 single beds. The venue's position was central. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The property met needs well.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing city break. The rooms are clean and the bed quality is excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the staff are polite and helpful, providing good customer service throughout my stay.
One downside is that the breakfast options are quite limited considering the price of the hotel. Additionally, the internet access is not great, with slow speed and limited accessibility.

Location
Unfortunately I will have to say that my staying at the Capitol hotel was terrible It started when I reached the hotel at 2:20 pm and I had to wait more than 25 minutes till they got the room ready, my request was very simple I needed a smoking room on the right side of the hotel away from the night club side cause I stayed there 2 months back and the noise from the Arabic night club at the ground floor was so loud I couldn’t sleep the whole night (till 3:00 am when they were done). Still I got a room in the middle and just as I went to sleep at 12:00 am the party started and the noise was unbearable. 1.5 hours later I called the reception and I asked very nicely to change my room as neither me or my wife could sleep with this sound blasting on my head and the lady said she will get back to me in 5 minutes but she didn’T. I called again 30 minutes later and no one answered so I assume they were hoping that the party will end before I can make more complains. Another thing is their swimming pool, I went to The swimming pool on the same day I checked in and it was around 4:00 pm, you could smell, taste and feel the burn of the chlorine that they were very generous in adding to the water rather than cleaning it properly, it was one dib the second day as well wasn’t any better, I went to have a quick swim at 12:00 pm and I know that it was raining early morning but few hours later you expect that they had the time to clean the pool and assign someone to do proper customer service, none of that of course, the pool was dirty with insects and litter and no one was there to help.

The location was central, magnificent to metro or public transport. And it was also short walk to many restaurants and shops, and clubs and bars.

Perfectlow-budget hotel with a nice design. The room was cheap, and we were provided with comfortable beds and external laundry, as for instance. Particularly good setting in the pretty nice area, not far from many areas, airport in evening, and the nearest metro.

Brian
I loved the room on the lower floors, the bed was large. The food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent and appetising.
Liked everything!

The room they gave us was well-equipped and cheap with WiFi and 2 single beds, as for instance. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to useful grocery / convenience store, the fitness center, and the Dubai mall. The staff members were helpful and suggested local places:)))

The hotel is modern and pretty standard with consistently courteous employees specially the Egyptian receptionist. The room was need to be renewed especially toilets and available on the lower floors. The venue was set in the central position near the Russian nightclub, metro line, and the downtown. The rooftop restaurant for late night meals was the best part.
Nothing not to love.

Nice building and rooms on the lower floors. Smooth check in and late check out. Good facilities, parking on site. Nice and unbeatable location and attentive employees from the front desk to house keepers. Found in a business area close enough to airport in evening for ongoing flight, and restaurant and grocery shop.

Service was horrible. Most rooms face a wall. Poorly maintained. The non smoking floor stunk like an ashtray. Poorly cleaned rooms. Restaurant was miserable. I can keep going.
